Manage Malware/Spyware Software 

We look over our client’s current malware/spyware software to see if there are threats and infections. We remove, clean or repair any files in efforts to prevent future critical system failure. For example, you could have a browser add-on that allows you to print coupons that sends data back to an unknown source that learns how to infect your system for their benefit. 

 

Implement Patch Management 

Using an effective patching solution is one of the most effective pro-active steps that can be taken towards reducing your exposure to vulnerabilities and minimizing the level of disruption with your everyday work experience.

 

Having a Patch Management solution provides an effective and efficient solution that allows you to handle Microsoft Windows and Office applications security patches (particular targets for attackers based on their almost ubiquitous presence) and also non-Microsoft applications. Such programs and/or applications include: Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Java and more.

 

Monitoring Network Appliances 

We install a software program that will keep us informed on the welfare of your network appliance. This allows us to properly monitor your network hardware to ensure that they are working properly.

 

We will keep track of your network usage and make sure that your network appliance (internet speed, Wi-Fi, etc.) is sending out instructions properly and the basic input/output operations are being followed. We will also keep track of the amount of any attacks on your network in efforts to limit vulnerabilities that can lead to data loss and/or corruption. If there are any threats to your network, we will notify you to resolve this issue. 

 

Technical Offsite Support – 9am-5pm 

We provide offsite assistance during business hours to allow the client to call and speak to a technician. This will allow the technician to log into the client’s computer remotely and assist with their computer issue.

Technical Onsite Support – 9am-5m

We provide onsite assistance during business hours to allow the client to call and schedule a technician to come to the office and assist with client’s computer issues, if they cannot be resolved remotely.

 

PC Tune Up - Quarterly 

This is done on a quarterly basis all under your supervision. We will install all updates and remove all the junk that accumulates over time. This is important because it maintains the longevity and the functionality of your machines and improves speed. (Starter Package – $95 per PC)

Monitor Battery Backup Systems 

A Battery Backup System is integral to any office. This device is to provide the computer with power for an allotted amount time to safely save any documents and safely turn off your computer. We will check the integrity of your Battery Backup System daily or offer to install one if you currently do not utilize one.

 

Monitor Server Logs 

Review server logs to ensure that automated tasks (processes) have completed successfully (for example, backup and restore operations, batch commands, or other scripts and processes). This can be helpful to detect any current or potential problem areas, including automatic recovery messages (particularly if an instance of SQL Server has been stopped and restarted), kernel messages, or other server-level error messages.

 

Monitor Server Backup Logs 

Backing up your data is essential today. Backing up your data to a backup appliance insures that any loss of data can easily be recovered. It also prevents you from being vulnerable to ransomware. We review your backup process and will notify you of any issues that may cause data to be at risk of failure.
